Fitter, faster and much more fun – be ready to take on GRIM
The GRIM Challenge is a great way to have fun, make friends and boost your fitness.
The fitter you are the more fun it will be to run eight miles taking in mud, water and crawling beneath scramble nets! And if you have challenged your friends you want to be the one with a spring in your step, a big grin on your face and a jaunty wave for the cameras.
So be sure to get your training in before the event. Don’t over do it, build your training up at a sensible rate to improve your fitness and can enjoy GRIM all the more.
